About Beth Thomas
Yoga Instructor
Beth Thomas entered the world of outdoor adventuring as a primitive skills and medicinal plants teacher in Mount Hood, Oregon. Her journey of marrying fellow wilderness guide/instructor Scott Thomas, (WBR Operations Manager) adopting the greatest adventure dog in the world, Bebop, and passion for practicing healing arts in the world’s most beautiful places, landed her in Whitefish, Montana in 2014. For fun, she mountain bikes, skis, whitewater rafts, shoots archery, practices yoga in enchanting places with Bebop, plays ukulele, invents games, runs poker and pool tournaments.
The Whitefish Bike Retreat is a beacon of wellness and adventure. We are blessed to have the most awe inspiring studio ever designed right out our front door.
Favorite thing about WBR: Practicing sunset yoga atop the WBR Ridge Deck
Fun Fact: The only picture I have from my honeymoon is a video of 2 iguanas fighting
