Prices |
Prices represent the cost of accommodations in US currency only. Rates do not include 13% lodging and facility taxes and fees. We accept Visa, AMEX, MasterCard, Discover, cash and personal checks.

Arrival & Departure |
Check-in begins at 3pm. Check-ins after 6pm will need to be pre-arranged prior to arrival. Check-out is 11am unless otherwise pre-arranged.
Unclaimed personal items will be held until the end of the season at which point, they will be disposed of. |
Lodge Rooms, Cabin & Camping Cancellation Policy |
Please be mindful that the Whitefish Bike Retreat is a small business, canceling greatly affects us, we ask that you keep this in mind when booking your reservation. Full payment is due at the time the reservation is booked. Shortened or canceled reservations of lodge room(s) or campsite(s) greater than 15 days prior to your arrival date will incur a $25 cancellation fee for each room or campsite under the same booking. Cancellation of lodge or campsite 14-8 days from your arrival date, a 50% refund will given. No refund will be granted 7 days or less prior to your arrival date. Shortened or canceled reservations of the cabin 15 days or more prior to your arrival date will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellation of cabin 14-8 days from your arrival date, a 50% refund will given. No refund will be granted 7 days or less prior to your arrival date.

Entire Lodge/Group Cancellation Policy |
Please be mindful that the Whitefish Bike Retreat is a small business, canceling greatly affects us, we ask that you keep this in mind when booking your reservation. A non-refundable deposit for 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking. The remainder of the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date. If full payment is not received 30 days prior to arrival date, the booking will be released and no refunds given. Shortened or canceled reservations after full payment has been received will be eligible for 50% refund per night up to 15 days prior to arrival date. No refund will be given if cancelled within 14 days of arrival date. Please consider purchasing traveler's insurance to protect your investment.

Event Cancellation |
A 50% Non-refundable deposit required at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to event date. If full payment is not received 30 days prior to the event date, the booking will be released. No refunds are given for cancellations less that 30 days from event.

Equipment Rentals
|
A 50% non-refundable deposit is collected at the time of booking to confirm your rental/reservation on our schedules. The remaining balance is due upon arrival for bike rentals and 24 hours prior for all shuttles.

Guided Tours, Kids Days, Private Lessons And Tips & Tricks
|
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. The remainder of the balance is due 14 days prior to scheduled event date. If balance is not received 14 days prior to the event, your reservation will be removed from the calendar.
No refund will be granted for cancellations 14 days or less prior to the event date. We do not cancel and/or close due to weather(cold, rain, snow or smoke) |
Travel Insurance |
We do not cancel and/or close due to weather (cold, rain, snow or smoke). Event cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances can be costly. It is highly recommended for WBR guests to purchase their own travel insurance policy, if they deem necessary, to cover any cancellations or loss of deposits.

Quiet Hours |
Between 10pm and 8am, please be respectful of other guests and observe our quiet hours.

Pets |
Unfortunately, we are no longer allowing pets in the lodge, unless you are renting out the entire lodge. Dogs are welcome on property and in the campground. If you are staying in the lodge, please plan on having a place for your pet to stay overnight. The Hound Hostel kennels are available at night for lodge guests free of charge. Hound Hostel day use charges still apply. Please make reservations for your dog to stay overnight in the Hound Hostel due to low availability. Dogs must be on a leash, tie out or within eyeshot at all times while on the property. Please keep them around your campsite while you are not riding.

Smoking |
No smoking in or in close proximity to the lodge, cabin, sauna or bath house!
