Registration Will Open March 31, 2024 at 9am
We expect a high call volume, please leave a detailed message with kids names, ages and dates preferred. We will return calls in the order they were received.
If you are registering for multiple families, you will need to provide parent & kid's names, phone number, email, address, which kids days and credit card information at the time of booking.
Wednesdays & Thursdays in the Summer are Kids Days at the Whitefish Bike Retreat.
We are offering fully supervised ride days for kids on Wednesdays & Thursdays from mid June through mid August.
Drop your kiddos off at the WBR office and have them spend the day peddling around the WBR.
Our goal is to have a fun and safe ride day together; hopefully improving their skills along the way.
We will use the full range of amenities available to the WBR including the skills area, pump track, and our own trail network. We will also take time out to play some games, tell jokes, and maybe even take a nap in the hammock.
We will always maintain a 6:1 ratio and our team members have Wilderness First Responder that includes CPR and First Aid Training.

Age: 8-12 Years Old (Exceptions Can Be Made Upon Skills Assessment)

Drop Off Times: 9:30-10:00am at WBR Office
Pick Up Times: 3:00-3:30pm at WBR Office
Food: Please provide your own lunch, snacks and water.
We have snacks and drinks available for purchase.

Bikes: All bikers must bring their own bike that has gears and hand brakes.
If you need a bike rental, call us to arrange.

Our Cancellation policy for Kids Day: A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. The remainder of the balance is due 14 days prior to the scheduled camp date. If balance is not received 14 days prior, your child's reservation will be removed from the roster. No refunds will be given for cancellations 14 days or less from camp date. We are flexible and try to work with our kids to move to additional dates if available to help with changing schedules.
